The Build

Single HTML file. No framework. No bundler. One Cloudflare Worker serves the static dashboard and every /api/* endpoint from the same custom domain. KV cache with a 10-minute fresh window outside of race weekends, dropping to 60 seconds while a session is live. If both upstream APIs go down, the worker serves the last good payload from KV so the dashboard never goes blank.

Service worker keeps the shell installable as a PWA, so once added to home screen, the dashboard opens in standalone mode like an app.
